We're recruiting for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join a fast-paced and growing business in Poole, Dorset. - Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Account Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and growing customer accounts by:
- Managing existing customer relationships and providing outstanding service
- Making proactive outbound calls to customers
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability
- Preparing quotes and following up on opportunities
- Scheduling appointments for Business Development Managers
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Analysing account performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Working closely with internal departments to support customer needs
What we're looking for
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous B2B or B2C sales or account management experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Commercial awareness and confidence analysing customer data
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
