A leading property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their growing team covering the Wandsworth area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established business offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and long-term career prospects.
Duties Include:- Reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
- Plumbing works including repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Multi-trade duties including basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and painting
- Working within occupied and void properties
- Delivering high levels of customer service
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenance, social housing, or domestic repairs
- Strong skills across multiple trades, including carpentry and plumbing
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
