A leading UK property owner is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support one of the largest healthcare property portfolios in the UK and Ireland.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of Health & Safety across a portfolio of over 1,100 healthcare facilities while working alongside Facilities Management and Property teams to improve safety performance, compliance and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Health & Safety leadership across a national property portfolio
• Development of H&S systems, frameworks and governance processes
• Contractor management and compliance monitoring
• Accident investigation and corrective action management
• Audit and inspection programmes
• Fire safety, water hygiene and statutory compliance support
• Risk assessments, RAMS and permit-to-work processes
• Management of H&S reporting and KPI performance
• Leadership of an existing H&S Advisor
Requirements
• NEBOSH qualified
• Health & Safety experience within FM, Property, Estates or Building Services
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios
• Strong operational Health & Safety background
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence
