Job Title: Paint Sprayer

Location: Marlow

Job type: Contract - 6 months

Rate: £20 per hour PAYE, or £26.68 per hour UMBRELLA

Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer who wants to work for an exciting, world-leading company? We are looking for a Paint Sprayer who is hardworking with great attention to detail within the manufacturing industry. 

Paint Sprayer Responsibilities:

• Prepare and apply paint coatings on components and structures.
• Ensure high-quality finishes, adhering to strict industry standards and specific specifications.
• Inspect surfaces for cleanliness, smoothness, and defects before and after painting.
• Mix paints, primers, and other coatings to achieve desired colours, finishes, and consistency.
• Follow detailed work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools in good working order, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

The Paint Sprayer Should have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in paint spraying (ideally within the aerospace or manufacturing industries)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver precision work in a high-quality manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in the use of paint spray guns, and other paint application tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with various paint types and their proper application methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
