Digital Delivery Manager - Customer Platforms | FTSE 100 | £80,000 + £5000 car allowance + 12% bonus

We are partnering with a FTSE 100 organisation who are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join their Digital team.
As their Digital Delivery Manager, you will lead delivery across their core digital ecosystem, spanning web platforms, Salesforce, and integrated systems.

This is a high-impact role at the centre of Technology, Marketing, and Sales, where you will drive delivery across multiple product streams, ensuring strong governance and technical alignment across products. You will act as the operational glue between web and Salesforce, keeping systems aligned, dependencies managed, and teams moving forward together.

The Role

This is a delivery-led leadership role focused on execution, stakeholder alignment, and cross-platform coordination.
You will lead Product Owners and digital teams across web and Salesforce products, setting clear priorities, strengthening governance, and maintaining delivery momentum across a complex digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Website and Salesforce Product Owners to shape backlogs, align priorities, and define clear, achievable delivery plans
  • Act as the operational “glue” across website/PIM platforms and Salesforce streams, managing cross-platform dependencies and ensuring joined-up delivery
  • Own relationships with external digital agencies, systems integrators, and technology vendors, holding them accountable for delivery quality and outcomes
  • Lead end-to-end delivery governance, including planning, risk management, issue resolution, budget oversight, and executive reporting
  • Translate technical concepts and constraints into clear, business-friendly insights for stakeholders across Marketing and Sales
  • Oversee delivery across modern digital architectures (APIs, integrations, microservices), ensuring stable, high-performing releases
  • Support the rollout of new digital capabilities, including interactive customer experiences and emerging AI/automation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Agile Delivery Lead within complex enterprise digital environments
  • Strong background delivering website platforms / complex digital products
  • Experience working across multi-platform ecosystems, with a solid understanding of integrations, cloud environments and data synchronisation patterns (APIs, webhooks, middleware)
  • Ability to operate confidently across both technical teams and business stakeholders, with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and agencies, with strong commercial awareness
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments, bringing structure, governance, and delivery discipline
  • Desirable: Experience working on interactive or configuration-led digital experiences, such as product configurators or guided selling tools (e.g. automotive, property, retail)
  • Background in sectors such as property, ecommerce, automotive, retail, or similarly complex high value sales / customer journey environments would be ideal
  • Exposure to delivery within Salesforce integrated environments would be advantageous but not essential
Benefits and Salary:
  • Up to £80,000
  • £5,000 car allowance
  • 12% bonus
  • Fully remote working
  • Private healthcare and life assurance
