We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team within a primary school in Taunton as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and welcoming school environment, helping young children thrive during the crucial early stages of their education.

The Role:

  • Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
  • Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification OR a Degree in Early Childhood Studies
  • Experience working with children within an Early Years setting
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
