The Supply Register is currently recruiting Business Lecturers to join our bank of staff supporting West Lancashire College. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Business Lecturers or industry professionals looking to move into education on a flexible basis.

The Role

As a Business Lecturer, you will deliver engaging lessons across a range of business-related courses, supporting learners to develop knowledge and skills for further study or employment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Business lessons (A Level / BTEC)

  • Planning and preparing engaging teaching materials

  • Supporting coursework and exam preparation

  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback

  • Creating an inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience teaching or working within Business

  • Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Experience with post-16 learners (desirable)

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
