We’re looking for a highly capable PCB Assembler with exceptional soldering ability - someone who can work efficiently without compromising accuracy or quality. In this hands‑on role, you’ll assemble, inspect, test, and rework through‑hole PCBs to a high standard, contributing directly to the reliability of products.

Through‑hole & SMT PCB Assembly
- Assemble PCBs to a high standard using conventional and SMT techniques
- Solder components accurately to IPC‑A‑610 Class 2/3
- Perform visual inspections to verify compliance with IPC‑A‑610
- Check and test completed boards for correct assembly and functionality
- Maintain accurate assembly records
- Repair or replace faulty through‑hole or SMT components
- Test reworked boards to confirm correct operation
- Experience in SMT machine operation or AOI programming/inspection is beneficial
Requirements of a PCB Technician:
- Excellent soldering skills (through‑hole and SMT)
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams
- Competence using a range of hand tools
- Thorough, with high attention to detail
- Accurate component identification and placement
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
