Smart Education is recruiting an SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 7–18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Redditch.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an SEN Teacher who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes in education.
About the RoleAs an SEN Teacher, you will deliver engaging and personalised lessons to pupils with SEMH needs in a specialist setting. The successful SEN Teacher will support academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and positive behaviour while helping to create a stable and structured learning environment.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
