- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Proven, stable experience in a vehicle technician role
- Knowledge of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
- Experience with repair, maintenance, and fault diagnosis
- MOT testing certification is advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
