The Role

The successful candidate will:

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain high expectations.
  • Have good curriculum knowledge across the primary phase.
  • Be confident in adapting lessons to support pupils of varying abilities and learning needs.
  • Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons that motivate and challenge learners.
  • Have excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
  • Be committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
