Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing and maintaining customer information across online portals
- Handling inbound telephone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure orders are processed smoothly
- Updating records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Assisting with additional office administration tasks as required
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administration and/or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
