The Role
This is a 50/50 split between air conditioning and refrigeration work, offering a great mix of service, maintenance, and reactive repairs.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Servicing and maintaining AC systems (splits, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs)
- Working on commercial refrigeration systems (packs, cold rooms, cabinets)
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
- Supporting clients across leisure, hospitality, and retail sites
- Participating in a standby rota (paid)
- £45,000 basic salary
- c£2,500+ standby payments annually
- Overtime available (boost your earnings significantly)
- Door-to-door travel paid

- Minimal travel outside patch

- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer
- F-Gas qualification (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and servicing skills
- Experience in commercial environments (retail, hotels, leisure ideal)
- Full UK driving licence
