- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
- Contribute to creating a safe learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people, particularly within an SEN, education, care, or related setting, is desirable.
- Knowledge of Autism and additional learning needs would be advantageous.
- Patient, resilient, and caring approach to working with pupils.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
