Pay Rate: £255 per day
Duration: 15 weeks
Start Date: Monday 8th June
Working Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am-3:00pm
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to oversee a structural alterations and restoration project in Leeds. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone confident managing trades, maintaining site standards, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising site activities and coordinating trades
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Overseeing structural alterations, masonry, and steelwork elements
- Managing daily progress, reporting, and quality checks
- Working closely with the project manager to maintain programme timelines
Required Certifications
- SMSTS or SSSTS - essential
- First Aid (3‑day) - essential
- Asbestos Awareness - advantageous
- Manual Handling - advantageous
Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone with proven experience in:
- Structural alterations
- Restoration projects
- Masonry
- Structural steel installation
A strong communicator with the ability to lead by example will thrive in this role.
