We are currently recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer on behalf of a well-established dry lining subcontractor working on a large-scale residential development in Kingston.
Role & Responsibilities- Carry out accurate setting out for dry lining and internal works
- Use laser equipment to set out partitions, grids, and layouts
- Ensure all work is completed to specification and programme
- Liaise with site management and subcontract teams
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy on site
- Proven experience setting out for dry lining / internal fit-out packages
- Ability to use laser setting out equipment confidently
- Must supply own setting out kit
- Strong attention to detail and site coordination skills
- CSCS card required
- Long-term opportunity – circa 12 months’ work
- Competitive day rate (DOE)
