A well‑established contractor delivering refurbishment and small‑works projects across Liverpool. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality delivery, they are now looking for a reliable, proactive Site Supervisor to support day‑to‑day site operations.
Your new roleYou'll take a hands‑on supervisory position, working closely with labourers and trades to keep the site running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Leading and supporting labourers, setting tasks and maintaining productivity
• Monitoring H&S compliance and completing site paperwork
• Coordinating with subcontractors and reporting progress to the Site Manager
• Maintaining site standards, cleanliness and material control

What you'll need to succeed

• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• First Aid at Work
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience supervising labourers and supporting site operations
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to keep the site organised and moving
