Wheel Loader and Excavator Driver

Rock Solid Processing Ltd are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled and reliable Wheel Loader and Excavator Driver to join their team in Exeter.

This full-time, permanent role includes a competitive salary of £36,000–£40,000 per year, dependent on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday rota requirements. Rock Solid Processing Ltd are market leaders in the recovery and recycling of metals and aggregates produced from Waste to Energy Plant Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) throughout Europe.

The Role

As a Wheel Loader and Excavator Driver, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to meet operational goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This position is key to supporting the smooth running of our processes and delivering exceptional results.

  • Operate wheel loaders and excavators safely and efficiently to manage materials as required.
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets and maintain a safe working environment.
