- Prepare invoices and process payments securely
- Achieve dealership targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership procedures
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
- Confident communicator with a professional attitude
- Organised, computer literate, and able to use dealership management systems efficiently
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to work
- Able to work effectively within a team and contribute to achieving targets
- Willing to develop automotive knowledge and customer service skills
