What will be expected of you as an Employment Solicitor:
 
  • Handle a caseload of employment matters, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious issues for employers and employees.
  • Attend Employment Tribunals and Courts as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team on complex cases.
  • Comply with all AML procedures.
  • Support the employment team in business development activities.
