Part-Time Commercial Property Surveyor (12 months) 


Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a professional looking for a flexible, 2–3 day-a-week commitment. You will play a crucial role in managing our commercial property assets, ensuring technical excellence from inspection through to sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspections & Surveys: Conduct comprehensive condition surveys and structural surveys on a variety of commercial properties.

- Reporting: Prepare accurate schedules of condition, manage dilapidation assessments, and produce clear, actionable technical reports.

- Infrastructure Design: Assist in the design and oversight of minor infrastructure works to support property maintenance and improvement projects.

- Project Governance: Oversee onsite works, ensuring they meet the required specifications, and provide professional sign-off upon completion.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all works comply with current building standards and health and safety legislation.

Requirements

- MRICS needed

- Proven experience in commercial property surveying.

- Strong technical knowledge of building structures and infrastructure design.

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.

- Excellent reporting skills with a high level of accuracy.
