Smile Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Solihull seeking a dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join from September 2026. The successful candidate will teach Computer Science across KS3 and KS4.
This role would suit an experienced teacher, ECT, or a teacher returning to the classroom looking for a positive and supportive working environment.
🏫 The Role

• Teach Computer Science across KS3–KS4
• Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons
• Develop students’ coding, computational thinking, and digital literacy skills
• Support student progress and exam preparation
• Maintain strong behaviour and classroom standards
• Work collaboratively within the wider department

✅ What We’re Looking For

• QTS / QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to teach programming and core computing concepts confidently
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable approach
