Overview
A growing building design consultancy in Leeds is expanding its team following several internal promotions. They're now looking for a Mechanical Associate to help lead projects, support a developing team, and play a key role in the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Lead mechanical design delivery across multiple building projects
- Mentor and support a growing team of engineers
- Work closely with clients, architects, and multi‑disciplinary teams
- Oversee technical quality, project performance, and design standards
- Contribute to business development and office growth
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in mechanical building services design
- Confident leading projects and managing client relationships
- Experience in residential and/or healthcare sectors is beneficial
- Ambitious, collaborative, and motivated to progress
