About us

Gema Records was established in March 1975 to provide a catalogue service to record collectors in the UK and overseas. Since those early days, we have grown into a business that serves thousands of customers across all continents who ‘shop’ at Gema in the safe knowledge that we offer the same personal service to them regardless of the medium each customer prefers to use.

We have been told repeatedly that we offer the largest back catalogue of music available. This is down to our policy of searching out the best possible selection of music from record companies and distributors throughout the world. In addition, we offer all of our customers a service to track down a particular piece of music in the unlikely event that we do not currently offer it in our catalogue. This is a demonstration of our commitment to provide a personal service and our passion for exceeding the expectations of our customers.
